My last Stitch Fix did not work out as I had hoped, so this time I did a complete overhaul of my Pinterest board. I deleted around 200 pins! It would be hard for me to style someone who had a Pinterest board that was so cluttered, so I wanted to make my wishes more clear to my wonderful stylist, Sara. I tried only to pin Stitch Fix items I loved.
I also requested a specific item in my note, which I typically avoid. Stitch Fix has limited inventory and cannot always grant specific requests, so I knew that requesting an item put me at risk of being disappointed. I REALLY wanted this beautiful pleated top I saw on Polyvore, so I took the chance!
Sara, my wonderful stylist since Stitch Fix #9, chose this box of beautiful items for me to try and I cannot wait to share them with you. I was so excited that she even managed to send my coveted pleated top! Sometimes wishes do come true! This fix was very feminine and casual, filled with soft colors and flowing silhouettes.
Now, it’s time for a fashion show. This time I took pictures while visiting my parents for Easter. My Daddy made the beautiful arbor in the background of these pictures for our wedding and my Mom incorporated it into the landscaping around their home. It was sweet to have Nick take my picture by our special arbor! 🙂
Level 99 Faith Wide Leg Pant in White $108
I asked for white jeans a few fixes ago, but there were not any in Stitch Fix inventory. Since Stitch Fix was still out of white jeans, Sara sent these white, wide leg chinos. This worked out well since I bought a pair of white Mavi jeans a few months weeks ago. They are the same brand as my new favorite Mavi jeans from Stitch Fix #23.
These pants are super comfy and a flattering silhouette. They are a great pant to request if you are tall. I am 5’8″ and these require heels. I like the cute back pockets and the faux pockets on the sides that button shut.
I paired these with a basic white tank, nude Payless pumps, Kendra Scott Rayne and Cami necklaces, and a turquoise Wooden Ships sweater. I have a couple of upcoming conferences during warmer weather and I think this will be a nice look for the resort casual dress code. KEPT!
Skies are Blue Hoya Cutout Sleeve Blouse $58
This beautiful blouse was another example of Sara reading my mind. I tried to pin only a few things, and it required a lot of restraint not to pin this top. Luckily, Sara still chose it for my fix!
I love the ruffled, feminine neckline and the sleeves are beautiful. The light lavender is a perfect Spring color and this top is lined, so it does not require a camisole underneath for modesty.
I paired this with the Level 99 pants and my nude Payless pumps and it makes the perfect outfit for work. I can also see myself wearing this casually with jeans. It was one of my favorite items in this box! KEPT!
Pixley Amadeus Crochet Detail Top in White $64
I had pinned a few cotton tops with bohemian flare on my Pinterest board and Sara found this lovely top that exactly the style I was hoping to receive in my box.
This top is a fun casual piece for date nights. I paired it with my Kendra Scott Cami necklace, Paige jeans, and Jeffrey Campbell Taggart booties!
The pretty design continues on the back too! I wore this to visit my parents on Easter and it was a big hit! KEPT!
Jella C Murica Pleated Top in Light Purple $48
I practically begged Sara to send me this top after I saw the style card on Polyvore. I had never seen this top on a person, so I expected a regular length pleated pink top.
This top is much longer and a lot more flowy than I’d anticipated and it’s also light purple! This was easily my favorite item in the box and I am still swooning over those gorgeous pleats. Sara had to size me up in this top due to availability and I needed the larger size to fit my shoulders correctly, so this worked out perfectly. I think me and this top were meant to be. 🙂
I styled the Jella C shirt with my white Mavi Alexa Gold Reform Popstar jeans, Kendra Scott Cami necklace, and gold Jack Rogers. I ordered these from Amazon and they are just like the amazing Mavi jeans Sara got me hooked on in Fix #23. KEPT!
Octavia South Hampton Tote in Mint $58
This mint bag was on my Pinterest board. I received a mint bag in my previous fix, but did not care for the open top. This was a much better fit with the dual zippers and deeper mint color.
This is sized to be a tote rather than a purse, but I think it will be perfect to carry back and forth to work and a great “purse” when I fly. KEPT!
Sara really outdid herself on this fix and I’m so excited to start wearing these amazing clothes! I showed this fix to my Mom and was able to convince her to try Stitch Fix again. We requested that Sara style her too because she is really attentive and goes out of her way to make my fixes wonderful! I cannot wait until Fix #27 AND for my Mom’s first fix styled by the wonderful Sara. 🙂
