Last month, my Stitch Fix was “re-fixed” and my amazing stylist, Sara, did not pick out all of my items! I was happy to get a box that was 100% chosen by my wonderful stylist and it is no surprise that I liked this box much better! This time I asked for non-black pants and possibly another pair of the Lysse sueded leggings in a mocha or camel color. Sara came through with two pairs of colored pants. Since new pants were the main thing on my Fall wish list, I was really excited!
This was a great fix for many reasons and I cannot wait to share my posts with you!
Liverpool Anita Skinny Pant in Olive ($78)
I love skinny pants and these fit wonderfully. They are a cross between a legging and a jean and came in a beautiful dark olive color. I can see me wearing them casually and even dressed up for work.
I styled these beauties with a Elie Tahari cowl neck tunic sweater that I scored for only $35 at Marshalls! Paired with the lovely Taner Bar Necklace from Gorjana that arrived in Fix #___ , my Nine West leopard print flats, and my Kate Spade leopard print bag, this is a perfect Fall look that is perfect for work.
Another fun pairing was the Pixley Bixby Bird Print Tab Sleeve blouse from Fix #__, Frye two-toned knee boots, and a Gorjana chevron necklace. This is a fun, casual look for date night.
Level 99 Rena Sueded Skinny Pant in Tan ($114)
I think these are the most comfortable pants I have ever worn! The sueded material is super soft and machine washable. The length is about an inch longer than desired, so I will have to cuff these pants to wear with booties or flats. They also will look perfect with boots, which are my most common shoes in the Fall and Winter. I’m really glad I held out for a different color in the sueded pants because these are more comfortable than the Lysse sueded leggings in Fix #19.
I styled these pants with a Maeve plaid top, the Gorjana Taner Bar Necklace, and Frye Melissa booties. This casual look is fun and very comfortable for Fall.
41 Hawthorn Benson Striped Blazer in White ($84)
This item was love at first site! The black and white stripes make this a statement piece all on its own with a black camisole. The black trim on the lapel makes this blazer dressier than the Tart blazers I received and returned in Fix #__ and #___. I love the 3/4 length sleeves and their gathered detailing. This blazer is very soft and has a stretch to the fabric that makes it more comfortable without compromising its tailored, professional design.
I styled this with a coral top for a fun pop of color and added the black Kendra Scott Rayne necklace as a fun accessory. With simple Theory black pants and Payless heels, this is a fun and professional look for the office.
Collective Concepts Chancey Button Detail Dolman Sweater in Dark Purple ($68)
This dolman sweater is a gorgeous purple color and has cute button details on the shoulders. It contains wool, so it is warm and cozy for cool day.
This top looks nice paired with the olive Liverpool Anita Skinny Pant, Frye Melissa booties, and a complimenting Ed Hardy scarf. I bet you didn’t expect to see me pull something designed by Ed Hardy out of my closet! 😉
Daniel Rainn Alber V-Neck Henley Blouse in Black ($68)
I was excited to see this blouse in my Fix because it was one that Sara had picked out for Stitch Fix #19, but when I got “re-fixed” it was removed from the box. I sent a note to Customer Service letting them know I liked this top and they must have passed that information along to Sara because it arrived in this Fix.
This top is exactly my style and looks amazing with the Level 99 Rena Sueded Skinny Pants, my two-toned Frye knee boots, and Gorjana Taner Bar Necklace. I could wear this to work or for a night out on the town!
So, what did you think of my twentieth Stitch Fix? I think Sara did an amazing job and nailed my style! I’m already looking forward to cooler weather because Sara is filling up my closet with fabulous pieces.
Until the next Fix,
